Longer development programmes

Typically, these are sustained leadership and management development programmes, and may range from 6 months – 2 years. The duration and frequency of activity is dependant on your needs, and we are flexible in the way that we can design and deliver what you need. We do everything we can to help you to ensure that the learning from programmes like these is embedded into the everyday workings of your organisation – so that the learning ‘sticks’ and is of ongoing value.
