Prior to becoming an independent consultant George worked in the public sector. He has undertaken consultancy and training assignments in all sectors on topics such as:

• Personal & Career Development

He is a corporate member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel & Development, the Chartered Management Institute, the Institute of Leadership and Management, and a registered practitioner with the British Psychological Society.

He is professionally qualified in Personnel Management, Training Management and holds and MA in Human Resource Management. He is also qualified to administer, interpret and feedback Level “A” Occupational Tests.

Previous assignments have included work for the Improvement and Development Agency for Local Government (I&DEA), International Labour Organisation (ILO), Birmingham City Council, Ford Motor Company, Lego UK Ltd, Warwickshire County Council and Manchester City Council.
