Sue has been working as a Learning and Development Consultant since 1987
and she has extensive experience of designing and delivering tailor-made programmes specific to organisational requirements.

Sue specialises in designing and facilitating stress management, well-being at work and managing change. Sue is a registered assessor in psychometric testing and has run many development and assessment centres.

As a qualified careers counsellor she also provides personal and career development coaching for both individuals and organisations including reviewing and planning career decisions, and developing key skill areas such as delivering presentations and preparing for job interviews.

Sue is particularly interested in working with managers who are concerned with work-lifestyle balance issues and uses a range of coaching techniques to help develop goals, strategies and action plans that consciously build confidence and well-being.

Her qualifications include BA(Hons), Diploma in Vocational Guidance, Diploma in Training & Development, Diploma in Natural Medicine, Certificate in Counselling, MCIPD. Sue has a Licentiate in Homoeopathy (LCPH) and is a registered homoeopath (MARH).
